Case Officer and is responsible for the assessment, development and monitoring
of projects funded under the Peace II programme measure 1.3 Niall has a
computing background and has obtained his BSc (honours) in computing from
University of Ulster at Coleraine. Niall has just completed his FAETC (Further
and Adult Education Teaching Certificate) from Belfast Institute of Further
and Higher Education.
