Colm re-joined Proteus in August 2006 as a Case Officer for the Peace team and is responsible for the assessment, development and monitoring of projects funded under the Peace II programme - Priority 1 Measure 3.

Colm holds a degree in Aplied Languages (French and Ab Inito German) and has previously worked for PROTEUS Training Ltd and Armagh College.
