Northern Ireland Regional Winner - National Training Awards 2001

Belfast based PROTEUS (NI) Ltd are one of twenty five Northern Ireland regional winners in the National Training Awards competition 2001 which is organised in Northern Ireland by the Training & Employment Agency, part of the Department for Employment and Learning.

Part of the work carried out by PROTEUS (NI) Ltd involves selecting organisations that propose innovative projects offering training to adults to enhance their prospects for employment.

One particular focus was audit training for 12 PROTEUS staff, providing the candidates involved with an understanding of general audit practice, as well as specific information regarding the scope of European Union funding and project management.

PROTEUS (NI) Ltd, acknowledged for their well devised and developed learning intervention, were presented with their award at the National Training Awards Ceremony, Belfast City Hall on Tuesday 13 November 2001.
