Aims and Objectives

The measure is intended to develop a culture of lifelong learning and to support the economic transition of Northern Ireland and the Border Region. In this way the Measure will promote the objectives of the European Employment Strategy, in particular Employment Guideline 4 and Employment Action Plans. This Measure is also linked to the ESF Policy Field of Lifelong Learning.
